For a technical issue, include the assistant/client, action you tried, approximate time, visible error, and a job ID if available. Do not include passwords, access tokens, OAuth client secrets, private memory text, or access-bearing image URLs. A screenshot should hide those details.

For connection problems, try [troubleshooting](/help/troubleshooting/) first. Provider menus and workspace permissions can differ, so describe the options you actually see.
