Find & Ask
Use Find to inspect remembered details. Use Ask when you want an answer supported by those memories.
Find a memory
Section titled “Find a memory”In the app, use Find and enter a focused query, such as “November launch invitation decision.” Open a matching result to inspect its content and sources.
A connected assistant uses the recall tool for the same kind of retrieval. Ask it to show the relevant memories instead of summarizing if you want to inspect what was actually stored.
Ask a question
Section titled “Ask a question”Use Ask for a question such as “Why did we choose email invitations for the November launch?” Deep Recall retrieves context and generates an answer with supporting memory citations.
Follow those citations to the original memory and any document or email source. An answer is useful only to the extent that its sources support it. When there is not enough evidence, do not fill the gap with an assumption.
Improve a weak result
Section titled “Improve a weak result”- Name the person, project, or event you mean.
- Add a distinctive phrase or relevant date.
- Try Find to inspect the raw memories instead of relying on a generated answer.
- Check whether the memory is still processing, archived, expired, or replaced.
- Confirm that the assistant connected to the same Deep Recall account.
Search is not an exhaustive account audit. A missing result does not prove the information was never saved. Browse the app and check troubleshooting.
