Save a memory

Save information that will help a later conversation, with enough context to understand it on its own.

Connect your AI first, then ask explicitly:

Remember in Deep Recall: for the November launch, our team chose email invitations
because our existing customers already use that channel.

Use actual dates, names, and reasons when you know them. Keep uncertainty explicit: “I am considering…” should not become a confirmed commitment.

A save can be queued while processing continues. Ask the assistant to verify through later recall, or check your memories. Avoid submitting the same write repeatedly while its outcome is unknown.

Open Deep Recall and choose Add memory. Enter the useful information and submit it. Watch the processing feedback, then inspect the resulting memories.

One paragraph can yield several useful memories or reconcile with something already stored. The number of saved memories need not match the number of sentences you submitted.

Preferences, decisions, commitments, people you work with, project context, lessons, and temporary plans can all be useful. Include dates and temporary scope so the information stays meaningful later.

Avoid casual chat, rejected ideas, unsupported guesses, credentials, and sensitive information you do not intend to retain. You can ask an assistant to remember a specific detail without asking it to save the entire conversation.

Use Find for a distinctive phrase. Open the memory and inspect the content, learning time, saver, and any source links. Correct or archive it if the extraction missed your intent.
